When you use the WiFi, at one of our venues, using the liberty-i.com portal, your data is harvested by them so you can access the WiFi at the venue. If you have agreed, then your details will be used by the venue to send relevant emails. The data is only stored for 30 days on the liberty-i.com server, after which it is deleted as part of their data policy. If you have signed up to receive offers from Vine Hotels your data will be used by the Venue and added to their mailchimp database. This is fully GDPR compliant and you can unsubscribe at any time from any of the mailings sent. Your data is secure and not stored on any pc or laptop and can only be accessed via Mailchimp and Airship.
You have a right to request a copy of the personal information that Vine Hotels holds about you and have any inaccuracies corrected. Any such requests should be made to this email address: data@vinehotels.co.uk
