The Package
Our charity package includes
- A delicious three-course meal
- Complimentary DJ (included with a minimum of 50 guests)
- A complimentary bedroom for the organiser
- A raffle prize donated by our hotel
- 10% donation of the evening bar takings

Starters
- Slow roast vine tomato and basil soup (VE), olive salsa
- Ham hock and parsley terrine, watercress salad, piccalilli and croûtes
- Heritage tomatoes, mozzarella and rocket salad (V), sea salt and balsamic
Mains
- Roast supreme of chicken breast, Madeira and thyme jus
- Pork loin, Bramley apple compôte and cider gravy
- Wild mushroom and celeriac Wellington (V, VE), roast celeriac and white onion sauce
Served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
Desserts
- Baked vanilla cheesecake (VEA, GF), berry compôte and Chantilly cream
- Sticky toffee pudding (GF), toffee sauce and pouring cream
